Midweek Service

Every Tuesday morning a brief service is held in the Church from 10 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. Come along to this time of fellowship, where you are promised a friendly welcome. The atmosphere is informal and the service is led by members and friends. It consists of a Bible reading, a short address, a prayer and a hymn.

On Tuesday’s after Sunday Communion, a short, informal Communion Service is held at 10.00 am. All are welcome to these services.

While the brief service provides you with a positive message on which to focus your mind for the day, you may wish to sit on your own or with others and ponder further in the tranquility of the sanctuary. The church remains open until 11 a.m. for quiet reflection.

Afterwards, you may wish to go through to the Coffee Morning, held in the Large Hall. In the summer months, when the Coffee Morning is on holiday, those attending the Midweek Service are invited to go through to the small hall, for a cup of tea or coffee, and a chat with the others who have been to the service.

Mrs Margaret Gunn organises the Midweek Service.
